Gu Kangli's "digital thinking, results thinking, introverted thinking" as an important element of the company's subculture is an important guiding principle for all members of our company, especially employees and management cadres to handle affairs and consider issues. Understand and share with you, as soon as possible, I also ask readers to correct.

一、Digital thinking
Digital thinking is one of the tools in our daily work. It is extended from management form management. I personally believe that digital thinking should be understood from the following two points:
1. It is one of the ways to quantitatively manage our work. Many things in our daily work need to be quantified in order to be measured by standards. In general, the quantification of business systems and production systems is relatively easy to operate, but it is relatively difficult to quantify non-business system functions such as finance, HR, auditing and other departments. Let's briefly give a few examples: for example, "How can we quantify financial reports in a timely and accurate manner?", "How to quantify the reception work for visitors?" If you have digital thinking to guide you, the above work will be much easier, such as The first item can be quantified as "Providing financial statements on the 5th of each month, and no error was found to complete the task after inspection." The second item can be quantified as "The front desk guides the designated area within 2 minutes when the guest visits and Notify the department being visited within minutes "and so on.
2, the correlation between numbers. Any numbers that are isolated in management are meaningless, such as "We have three quality complaints this year", "Ink is expected to achieve revenue of 20 million yuan in 2015", etc. These numbers have no practical significance. Why? The reason is isolated. The numbers cannot tell you anything. Is the "3 complaints" increased or decreased compared to the target? What is the ratio of "3 complaints" to the total shipments of goods? What was the same period last year? In addition, the "sales of 20 million yuan" did not specify Did it actually increase or decrease last year? What is the rate of change? All digital thinking requires us to focus on the internal relationship between data and establish comparisons to analyze the management performance behind the numbers.
二、Outcome thinking
Nearly 20 years of management experience and communication of personnel in related industries, I think that results thinking is a result-oriented corporate culture, which is a common cultural phenomenon of growing SMEs. Inferiority is a typical "performance view" culture. For results thinking, I will explain it in three points:
1, how to judge the pros and cons of the results. How do we judge the outcome of a department or a position? This requires the establishment of standards, that is to say, the existing results have a relative reference. For example, "results" are compared with budgets, compared with industry benchmarks, and compared with similar-sized companies of our company. Without standards and references, it would be difficult for us to evaluate the pros and cons of the results. Generally, within an enterprise, "outcomes" are compared with the goals set by the company (the goals are divided into: low goals, which is commonly referred to as the bottom line goal, and high goals, which is commonly referred to as the benchmark). Problems found through comparison with the goals We must also perform the necessary analysis of the "results", which is also the "process summary" that I will say next.
2. Why do we still need a summary of the process in addition to the results? I think that a single result usually needs to be summarized by a negative difference analysis in order to use it as a reference for future work. The negative differences generated can be generally divided into three levels: T, A, and X: T-level differences will easily find solutions and solutions; Class A differences require special research and analysis, and the reasons are usually more complicated; Level A needs It can only be solved after many analyses; TAX analysis is also a tool for summarizing problems. By analyzing the results of our measures to maintain or further improve our work, we can promote the continuous advancement of department work.
3. Establish an evaluation system for results. Without a complete results evaluation system, the aforementioned 1-2 tasks are also difficult to implement, because everyone has no standards, neither standards, it is difficult to compare in horizontal departments, and the overall results thinking evaluation can not be implemented. Ordinary enterprises use annual planning and annual budgets to recommend the results evaluation standards of various departments and units for the next year, and promote performance evaluation systems through performance reward and punishment systems.

三、Introverted thinking
Introverted thinking provides the way we think about solving problems, in other words it is a directional thinking mode. Tell us what kind of mentality we use to solve the problems in numbers and results. I think that introverted thinking must at least do the following:
1. Propose a solution to the problem (and the solution is optional). Our only purpose is to find the real cause of the problem and propose effective solutions to the real cause. "Introverted thinking" tells us to find the problem from the problem itself and the responsible department itself and propose solutions, rather than pushing the responsibility to the other party.
2. Any problem must have a responsible person, and only one person is responsible for the matter. When we make a plan, we should clearly identify the person responsible for the problem, and there is only one person responsible. Why do you say this? When there are multiple people for a problem or result When in charge, often no one is taking responsibility.
The above understanding of the three major thinking, let us summarize:
1. The internal connection of the three major thinking is simply: use data to describe our results, and use introversion to solve the problems in the results.
2. The three major thoughts provide a guiding ideology for our daily work. In actual work, we should treat specific problems and cannot be understood mechanically.
